The Butcher’s Tip: The "Low & Slow" Foil Wrap
The secret to restaurant-quality ribs at home is the "2-1-1" method. Roast your ribs covered tightly in foil at a low 140°Cfor 2 hours—this steams the meat and breaks down the connective tissue. Then, remove the foil, baste generously with the juices (or extra sauce), and cook uncovered for another 30–45 minutes.
The most important step: If you’re using our pre-marinated ribs, the sugars in the honey or BBQ sauce can burn if the heat is too high. Keep the temperature steady and only turn the heat up (or move them to the hot part of the grill) in the final 5 minutes to get that sticky, charred "bark" on the outside.
