What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to the Sydney Metro area on weekdays only. For next-day delivery, please place your order before 3pm.

How long will it take to get my order?

We currently only deliver on weekdays. For next-day delivery, please place your order before 3pm. While staffing shortages prevent Sunday service for now, we are actively looking into launching Saturday deliveries soon.

Do you do weekend deliveries?

Due to current staffing shortages, we do not offer weekend deliveries at this time. However, we are working hard to introduce Saturday delivery options in the very near future. Stay tuned for updates!

Can I pick up my order?

Free click and collect is available from all 6 of our shops. Just click "pick up" at checkout!

What are your delivery fees?

Orders under $150 - A delivery fee of $30 will apply.

Orders over $150 - Free delivery

If you are not home to accept your order, we will return to our cold store and redelivered the next day. Please note a redelivery fee may apply.

What if I am not home to accept the delivery?

We have a policy to not deliver unless there is someone to accept the order and sign the invoice as proof of delivery. Please note a redelivery fee may apply. If you wish to make an alternate arrangement please contact us with your order number at info@brooklynfinemeats.com.au.

Where does your meat come from?

Our meat is 100% sourced in Australia and is always of the highest quality. For any special requests contact us at info@brooklynfinemeats.com.au

Do you have specials?

As a leading Retail Butcher, we use our buying power to secure great everyday prices. From time to time we will have specials which will be promoted on our specials page.

Where can I get a product or pricelist?
