Shipping policy

Orders

We currently only deliver on weekdays. For next-day delivery, please place your order before 3pm. While staffing shortages prevent Sunday service for now, we are actively looking into launching Saturday deliveries soon.

Fee

Free delivery for orders over $150, or $30 for orders under $150. 

Delivery

Delivery services within the Sydney Metro areas on weekdays. 

At this time, we can only deliver when someone is there to accept the order. If no one cannot accept the order, a redelivery fee may apply.

After delivery

We cannot accept liability or responsibility for our products if the meats are not properly refrigerated once delivered. 

Free pick up

Pick up is available from any of our 6 retail shops during operating hours. You can find more details of our locations here.
