Each kebab is generously marinated in one of our four signature house-made glazes, ensuring the flavor penetrates deep into the meat. Whether you’re after a zesty citrus kick, a nutty crunch, or a classic deep umami finish, these kebabs offer a restaurant-quality experience right at home.
The Butcher’s Tip: The Medium-Heat Glide
Unlike steak, chicken marinades often contain natural sugars (like honey or lime juice) that can char quickly. To prevent the outside from burning before the inside is cooked, use a medium-high heat. Cook for 10–12 minutes, rotating frequently. If the glaze starts to darken too fast, move the kebabs to a slightly cooler part of the grill to finish cooking through.
The most important step: Always ensure the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 75°C. Once reached, remove from the heat and let them rest for 3 minutes. This brief rest allows the juices to settle and the sticky glaze to "set" perfectly on the meat.
